Presentation at the JPND midterm symposium

On the 28th April 2022, leading researchers from JPND supported projects on neurodegenerative disease research gathered in Brussels for the JPND/JPco-fuND 2 mid-term symposium. JPND stands for The EU Joint Programme – Neurodegenerative Disease Research. It is the largest global research initiative aimed at tackling the challenge of neurodegenerative diseases and Homeside has received support from JPND.

For the symposium, project coordinators, researchers and stakeholders met at the Royal Museums of the Fine Arts of Belgium in Brussels for a one-day symposium, to liaise, network and facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices in the field of neurodegenerative disease research. Homeside were represented by Jodie Bloska (PhD student and research fellow, UK) and Kjersti Johansson (postdoctoral research fellow and clinical trial manager, Norway). The presentation of Homeside received good feedback from other delegates and the PPI (Patient and Public Involvement) panel member.
